FAQs

To help us keep classes running smoothly and safely, all members must check in at the front desk before class. Checking in allows us to accurately monitor class capacity and ensure the best experience for everyone.

We encourage arriving on time (or even a few minutes early!). This gives you time to settle in, connect with your instructor, and catch all important cues and instructions. For safety and to minimize disruption, entry into a class is not permitted once it is already in session.

Standby Policy
If a class is full, you are always welcome to come in, get your workout started, and wait on standby in the lobby. Our front desk team will provide live updates on class capacity and let you know if a spot opens up.

Class Reservations
All class reservations open 72 hours before the class start time. You can reserve your spot through your iClub account, in person at the club, or over the phone with our front desk team.

Cancellations
Plans change — we get it! To avoid a $10 late cancellation fee, please remove yourself from class or notify the club at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This helps us offer spots to members waiting to get in.

No-Shows
Members who do not attend a reserved class and do not cancel in advance will be charged a $15 no-show fee.

 

Some perfumes and body lotions may be distracting, and once mixed with sweat, it’s not so flowery or fruity anymore. Wear your deodorant and nix your perfume until after your workout.

We love seeing you and your friends crushing it together, but once class starts, save the chit-chat for after your sweat session—your fellow classmates will thank you! And don’t forget to silence your phone or stash it in your bag. Texting during class? No way—you’ll need those hands for your workout!

Got a friend who wants to join the fun? Chat with a Program Advisor about snagging a guest pass and let’s get them moving too!

For most of our classes, you’ll need a mat—don’t worry, we have some available at the club if you don’t have your own. Be sure to grab a towel at the front desk and bring your water bottle to stay hydrated. Let’s get ready to move and groove!

Comfort is key! Wear clean, functional clothing that allows you to move freely—nothing draping or dangling, please. Sneakers are a must for most classes unless you’re joining a barefoot activity like Yoga or Pilates. Need tips on what to wear? Our friendly staff is here to help with recommendations!

  • Keep it comfy: Be mindful of personal space and leave enough room for everyone to move freely.
  • No Early Exits! For safety and to minimize disruption, please plan to stay for the full class once it begins. Thanks for helping us keep the flow smooth and the vibe strong
  • Spread positivity: No judgment here—we’re all in this together!
  • Got feedback? Chat with your instructor before or after class—they’d love to hear from you.
  • Clean it up: Wipe down all equipment and spin bikes after use.
  • Wrap it up: Return any equipment to its proper place when class ends.
  • Phones away: Cell phone use is reserved for emergencies only. Let’s stay focused and in the moment!
  • No Savesies
    To keep classes fair and fun for everyone, we can’t allow saving spots for friends, bags, or belongings. Arrive together to work out together — simple as that!
