Lose Weight Permanently

Professor Dr. Harold Solomon, a nationally renowned obesity expert from Harvard Medical School, developed my Healthy Fit's Weight Loss SystemTM. It has helped thousands of women safely and permanently lose weight.

But a close second is that it is based on eating healthy foods (including the occasional treat!), not on deprivation. So you feel energized, not starved or depleted. Weight Loss SystemTM Schedule

You'll start with a one-on-one meeting with your weight loss coach, during which you'll learn the fundamentals of healthy, sustainable weight loss. Your weight loss coach will tailor the program to suit your body composition and goals. You'll receive a recommended daily calorie number and learn which of the basic nutrition rules you need to focus on. At the end of the meeting, you'll take home My Healthy Fit's weight loss resource book, which includes a diary section for you to track your eating habits.

During weekly one-on-one 'check-ins' with your weight loss coach you'll review your eating diary, discuss your trouble spots, and develop strategies for how to overcome them. Your coach will use these meetings to record your weight loss progress and, if necessary, make adjustments to your program to ensure you're on track to reach your goals. Through this process, you'll become more aware of - and responsible for - your eating habits. Over time, you'll develop healthy eating habits that are easy-to-maintain.

Weight Loss Workshops

Our members are an excellent source of support and knowledge for those dealing with weight loss or weight management. During these free hour-long sessions, a weight loss coach moderates a discussion focused on the day-to-day challenges of making healthy eating a natural part of your life. While topics vary, each session is designed to stand alone, so you can show up to any session that is convenient for you.
