Each My Healthy Fit member receives a personalized workout program based on her goals and current fitness level. Below is a sample program. It shows a member which exercises to perform (1), to which settings equipment should be adjusted (2), how much weight to use (3), how many repetitions to complete (4), and even how long (5) and at what heart rate (6) to do cardio workouts.
Workouts are designed to comply with the demands of your schedule, although the most effective workouts are at least 30 minutes per day, 3 times each week. Your workout programs are based on physical assessments, so there is no guesswork - and no need for you to complicate your life by recording your workouts. Since every workout will be different from the last, you'll never get bored doing the same thing and your muscles will receive appropriate rest and challenge. You'l look forward toevery visit and leave feeling refreshed and recharged!
