I tried all sorts of diets and workout programs. And I lost a lot of weight over the years - all of which I gained back.

The My Healthy Fit program changed my life! For the first time ever I've lost 140 pounds (in 18 months) and kept it off. Amazingly, I've never been hungry since following My Healthy Fit's program.

My Healthy Fit had brought together many talents including famed Harvard obesity expert, Professor Dr. Harold Solomon and Reebok University Master Trainer and Fitness Instructor of the Year, Josie Gardiner.

We opened our first women's fitness and weight loss club in Woburn. Our plan is simple - combine exercise and healthy eating to help thousands of women lose weight permanently.
